The personell was amazingly friendly and accomodating. (Especially Anshida) Our requests were met with an "ofcourse" and with a smile. Amazing possibility to opt out on daily cleaning (ecological reasons) and get a reward by choosing that (wine bottle/food voucher). The room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. In room dining was also a very pleasant experience. Breakast was tasty and there were many options.

had a wonderful stay during my visit to London. Shelani was incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. While there were a few minor issues with the pool area access, overall, my experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Park Plaza Hotel

Had some lunch in the lobby and was served by a young lady called Anshida. She was really helpful and made a fuzz of us. If only more waitresses and waiters were like her. She’s the best waitress ever the tea was also good, location prefect……………

I received excellent service in the restaurant lounge by Anshida! The evening dinner with sea bass was delicious. Very good breakfast! The room was ok (bathroom could be better) and the pool needs a little renovation. All in all a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, the showers were hot and the service was wonderful. We arrived at 11am and my son came extremely tired from a red eye flight. Out of 3 rooms, the front desk was accommodating and got us one room to freshen up and let my son rest even though check in was at 3pm. We asked for three rooms on the same floor and they were given as well. The rooms were very clean and they offered food vouchers if you didn’t need your room cleaned every day. At the restaurant/lounge, Anshida, Jessica and Shelani were very helpful, always attentive with clearing the table and servicing when we needed it. The breakfast buffet was also good. Kids are free.
